In the know
Want to connect with our district but don't know where to start? Not sure what the proper procedures are or who to contact? We've put together a list of common ways that individuals and businesses connect with our students, employees, programs, and facilities.
Our schools and facilities
Visitors are welcome at our schools and facilities. For the safety of our students and staff, all visitors must present a valid state issued I.D. to register in our Raptor screening system at the front office before being granted access.
Request the use of our schools or other facilities for your group or organization to conduct activities during after-school hours. Contact the Facility Leasing office for more information.
Security - If you see something say something
Help keep our community safe by reporting suspicious activity and maintenance concerns to our 24-hour Security Dispatch at 972-484-8911.
Support our students and staff
Local businesses are invited to partner with us to offer Wi-Fi access to our students as part of our GISD Ready 1:1 program. Visit the Commuity Wi-Fi page to learn more.
