Swing I
The dance of the Big Band Era is in! You’ve probably seen it in the movies of the 40’s and 50’s, on TV – or perhaps you’re remembering your high school sock hop dances. Come join us and learn several steps and turns in the East Coast Swing. It’s easy and you’ll be dancing in just a short time.

Salsa I
The latest “hot” Latin dance. A dance of unbridled energy, flirtatious moves and playful come hither glances. Note: For couples only.

Progressive Double 2 Beginning
Progressive double two was populated in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and is a triple rhythm two-step with West Coast Swing movements.

Please note that all types of dancing are best done in smooth sole (leather) shoes to allow your foot to glide easily across the floor. Tennis shoes, hiking boots, sandals, flip flops or thick soled shoes should NOT be worn.
