Salsa I
The latest “hot” Latin dance. A dance of unbridled energy, flirtatious moves and playful come hither glances.
Note: For couples only.

Progressive Double 2 Beginning
Progressive double two was populated in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and is a triple rhythm two-step with West Coast Swing movements.

Fox Trot
The most popular of all ballroom dances, the Fox Trot will move you around the floor to the sounds of the Big Bands and Frank Sinatra.

Salsa II
A continuation of Salsa I, which is a pre-requisite for the class.

Triple Swing I
East Coast Triple Swing is swing done with a triple step instead of the single step of East Coast Single Time Swing. Triple Swing is danced to the slower tempo music.

Cha Cha
Perhaps the most popular of latin dances, the Cha Cha is both spirited and playful. A dance to bring out the latin in your soul.

Please note that all types of dancing are best done in smooth sole (leather) shoes to allow your foot to glide easily across the floor. Tennis shoes, hiking boots, sandals, flip flops or thick soled shoes should NOT be worn.
