If you are interested in enrolling as a Private Music Enrichment Teacher in the Garland Independent School District, you will find all of the necessary forms listed below. Simply click on the link and print out the forms.
NEW FOR 2009-2010 All Music Enrichment Teachers MUST have fingerprints recorded and on file with the State of Texas BEFORE they will be allowed to teach in Garland schools.

- Music Enrichment Lesson Log (48 KB) - Enrichment teachers must submit a monthly report on the lesson they have taught.
- Lesson Log Turn in Dates (20 KB) - It is very important the lesson logs are turned in each month on time.
