- Music Enrichment Teacher Application (49 KB) - You must have the recommendation of at least on GISD music teacher before you can be enrolled in the program.

- Music Enrichment Lesson Log (48 KB) - Enrichment teachers must submit a monthly report on the lesson they have taught.
- Lesson Log Turn in Dates (20 KB) - It is very important the lesson logs are turned in each month on time.
