Summary of Services
The Health Services department’s mission is to serve the diverse needs of a multicultural community by empowering children and parents with the knowledge necessary to promote wellness and maintain healthy lifestyles; therefore preparing students for a successful academic and life experience.
The Garland ISD Health Services staff is compromised of professional registered nurses (RNs). Every campus in the district has a nurse working on-site a minimum of three or more days of the week. Many of the larger schools have a full-time nurse.
