Daugherty Elementary Farewell Ceremony - Saturday May 19th
There will be a formal closing ceremony this Saturday at 10:00 AM at the Daugherty campus.
After the ceremony, the building will be open until noon for those who would like to have one last look around. The PTA will also be taking orders for old bricks from the school at that time...read more
GISD School Board Election Results for Places 6, 7
Final election results for the GISD School Board Election on May 12, 2012 are for Steve Knagg to replace Keith Montgomery in Place 6 and Rick Lambert to replace Dr. Tommy Reed in Place 7. They will take their oath of office at the Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.
