Day in Pictures: View the Images as Garland ISD Goes Back to School

Garland ISD students were among the thousands of Metroplex youngsters who made the annual trek back to their campuses for the official first day of school, 2009.
With 57,000 students, GISD personnel have a large responsibility on their hands each and every day. And, as usual, the well-being of every one of these young learners is always on the minds of all parties involved. “First Day 2009” was no exception.
