Every year, back-to-school forms ask families to verify or update contact information, select notification preferences, agree to guidelines on acceptable use of technology, etc. We offer a simple solution to completing these forms through Skyward Family Access. After logging in and clicking on the back-to-school forms button, you will be led through a step-by-step process.
Secondary students have an extra incentive to take advantage of this online option. Middle and high school schedules, excluding Memorial Pathway Academy, will be available in Skyward beginning Aug. 15. Families must complete all back-to-school forms in order to view schedules early.
Forms will be printed and sent home with students after the start of school if they have not been completed online. Families that receive printed copies but have already completed them online can disregard the paper set.
