Annual GEF Golf Tournament raises thousands for scholarships, grants

The 15th annual Garland ISD Education Foundation (GEF) Golf Tournament gathered more than 200 golfers to support innovative learning. The sun-filled day celebrated education with friendly competition, tasty food and fabulous prizes. This year's charitable event raised $76,875 for scholarships and grants that will help students and teachers further their education or purchase tools that intensify curriculum.
