Campus Improvement Team on each school campus

Committee Purpose: 

The “Campus Improvement Team (CIT)” is a state-mandated committee at each campus, responsible for oversight/review of the campus improvement plans for that school.

Frequency of Meetings: 

Each campus team meets at least six times a year

Committee Makeup: 

Principals appoint from two to four parents, two community representatives, and one business representative to their team, representing the diversity on their campus. Additionally, the school district appoints an administrator to serve on the committee along with the principal’s appointees.
