Icon of a healthy heart Join our Health Services department and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) for Project Power, a virtual program to help families stay active at home with fun lessons and challenges. Families will get to participate in "cabin meetings" with their virtual group for activities like games, friendly competitions, gift card drawings and more. Families who register will receive several gifts at their doorstep:

  • ADA program t-shirt (please wear them during the sessions)
  • activity journal
  • chef plate
  • tote bag
  • water bottle
  • jump rope
  • portion plate

Our program sessions will be on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. and Saturdays at 12 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the weekly challenges on social media using the hashtag #ADAProjectPower.

Both participants and volunteers are needed.  If you'd like to help make a difference in your community and have fun, we invite you to apply to volunteer. You must be 18 years or older.
