Drill team

The purpose of drill team is to promote school spirit and sportsmanship at school events. The drill team represents the high school in performances throughout the community, state, and nation.

Members of drill team are:

  • dedicated to personal improvement

  • take pride in physical fitness

  • strive for excellence in performances

Drill team instruction, practice and performance activities are designed to promote:

  • teamwork

  • commitment

  • discipline

  • responsibility

  • self-respect

Middle school pep squad

Pep Squads and spirit groups exist to increase school spirit at the campus level and at athletic events. They should promote good sportsmanship, help students acquire basic attributes of good citizenship, encourage the responsibility of students, improve student self-esteem, and promote cooperation between the student body and school staff.
