Community and district clinics
The Garland Health Department
Location: 206 Carver, Garland TX
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome. CHIP uses will have a copay, and Medicaid users will receive vaccines free of charge. The clinic accepts private insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Cigna, or Humana. For those without insurance, the cost will be $14 for one vaccine, $25 for two vaccines, $30 for three or more vaccines.
The Garland ISD Student Enrollment Center
Location: 720 Stadium Dr. Garland TX
Clinic hours: Wednesdays 8:30 a.m. -12 p.m. (by appointment), and every 4th Monday from 5-7 p.m.
The Enrollment Center Immunizations Clinic is offering immunizations. Walk-ins will be accepted every fourth Monday of the month. The clinic will also see patients on Wednesdays by appointment only. For more information see the Enrollment Center Clinic page.
Vaccines will be free for the uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid recipients, and those of American Indian/Native American or Alaskan Native descent.
The Doctor Spot
The Doctor Spot will be offering immunizations at two of our campuses. Vaccines will be free for the uninsured or Medicaid eligible. For other Doctor Spot locations see thedoctorspot.org.
Freeman Elementary: Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. –3:30 p.m.
Southgate Elementary: Fridays, 8:30 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
