GISD Wellness Program
The GISD employee wellness program, Taking Care of You, offers resources to promote your health and well-being. Throughout the year activities will be available for you to participate in to support your health and wellness. These activities may include the following:
- Chair massage

- CPR/AED instruction
- Educational campaigns
- Fitness opportunities
- Financial wellness program
- Health fairs
- Health and wellness resources and programs
- Mental health initiatives

These are additional opportunities for employees to take advantage of health and wellness opportunities offered to the community by various health care providers in convenient locations, but are not associated with GISD's formal Employee Wellness Program. These programs may include the following:

TRS ActiveCare Wellness

When life’s challenges come your way, your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help. Confidential information, guidance, and support for your work/life balance is available to district employees and dependents.
