Our superintendent, Dr. Rick López, embarked on a listening tour during his first year of office to hear our constituents. As part of his 90-day entry plan, Dr. López conducted forums with different groups in the community. He will used these forums to solicit diverse and comprehensive feedback, building a foundation for lasting, positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Citizens and staff members were invited to participate in these sessions and helped us discover the district's strengths, needs and challenges by providing responses to the following questions:
- What should the district continue doing?
- What should the district start doing?
- What should the district stop doing?
