The bond program kicked off in the third quarter of 2023 and is anticipated to continue through the third quarter of 2028. Projects will be completed in five overlapping phases over the life of the program.

Specific steps to each project’s completion can vary but most include discovery and planning, design, permitting and city approvals, procurement and construction or installation before final closeout. Estimated timelines are established at the beginning of each project. However, due to the nature of renovation work, city permitting requirements, ongoing supply chain issues, and labor challenges, all construction schedules are subject to change.

What's planned for each phase?
