The Board Bond Committee (BBC) consists of all members of the Board of Trustees and was formed to ensure transparency and clarity in all bond-related tasks, including project timelines, approvals, and project implementation. This streamlined process will speed up requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), professional services agreements and approvals from the Board concerning bond matters.

The committee meetings are public special board meetings, allowing our community to follow the discussions, status reports and processes related to the bond projects. Like other board meetings, citizens can attend in person or watch live or on-demand videos.

Board Bond Committee/Special Board meetings are held the same day as other committee meetings of the board. These BBC meetings begin at 4:30 p.m. following the Faciliites, Finance and Operations Committee meetings
