- Use scholarship funds at an accredited U.S. higher education institution between fall 2025 and spring 2026 academic sessions.
- Be enrolled or intend to enroll in one of the following types of degree programs:
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's or doctoral degree
- Medical, law, or other professional degree
