Magnet Application Process and Timelines
Find information about the application and selection process for Garland ISD magnet programs.
Students must meet initial qualifications for the magnet program in which they want to apply. These requirements vary by program and can include test scores, grades and more. Determine which programs your student qualifies for by reviewing information about each magnet program.

For students in K-5 grade, including the PK-5 Montessori program.
Magnet application combined with Choice of School
Magnet applications are submitted as part of the Choice of School process using the Avela Choice of School Application.
